The flexible time off. I love being able to take off whenever I need to without having to worry if I've accrued enough time.

I love being able to work with my co-workers to solve a problem that will ultimately benefit our employees. That brings me so much satisfaction.

We collaborate so well together. I always say it's like a puzzle - if one person has some information on a specific situation, they freely and quickly share that information with others on the team so we can properly address the situation.
