Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

I worked for SecureLink before they were acquired by Imprivata, and the benefits definitely got worse with the acquisition. Imprivata culture also tends to skew a bit more traditional (employees actually wear business casual, the employees are expected to be in the office, etc.) than SecureLink was.

Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

I worked at SecureLink before it was acquired by Imprivata. The culture at Imprivata seems a bit more "traditional" or conservative. SecureLink was very informal and even the CEO seemed approachable. Imprivata is more formal and in comparison to SecureLink, a bit stuffy.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I am paid about 20% below market rate, and the benefits do not make up for it. There isn't a non-high-deductible healthcare plan available. I would feel better if I got a raise to bring me to market level.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I am paid about $20k under the market, and the bonus structure is really bad. It's only $1,800, regardless of your base pay. Additionally, the overall health, etc. benefits got worse when Imprivata acquired SecureLink. They really need to pay fairly and improve the health coverage.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I am paid at least 20% under market rate, and the bonus program is really poor. With the difference in bonus structure, I actually got a pay decrease when Imprivata acquired my company (SecureLink). I would feel better about my compensation if I was paid at the market rate and got a decent bonus.
