I have been been here for over 8 years and the only reason I haven't left is that I love my team and I don't think the company would be successful finding someone that will care as much. O do feel undervalued, salary increases don't even cover inflation,

The team, my number 1 priority is to make sure the team is happy and challenged.

Even though we all have a lot of work, the focus is always on the well being of the person.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The CR is the most amazing team, there are amazing engineers, but they also are amazing people, this is by far the best team I have ever worked with
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel I have been undervalued for a long time, the previous executive team did not realized how valuable an employee I am and that was transferred to the new executive team. After a few months of working really hard to make a successful transition I believe I deserve a better compensation
