I feel extremely undervalued. My needs are dismissed very often.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is a feeling of apathy around coworkers. The integration of new team members brought over from the acquisition has been painful.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
My role is not properly defined. Decisions that need to be made take 3-5 meetings and the goal is never accurately defined. I can't stress enough how frustrating this has become. There is a bottleneck at the top of the organization.
