Intelligent/Impressive quality individuals without all the ego and attitude (rare combination)

Compensation is better than many of the med device companies out there

My team is very engaged with day to day activities and very responsive to customer needs.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are strategic and looking at ways to grow our business and provide additional value to the customers.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having a great connection with very high leadership with customers... these relationships keep growing and that is fun
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think there are talented individuals on my team -- but, there really doesn't seem to involve a ton of ego. I think this is very rare in good quality high paying orgs.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They continue to look for improvements they can build into our solutions for our customers. So many changes have taken place in the less than 2 years I have been here that are positive for customers.
What makes you most happy at work?
Our customers are very engaged with us for their Identity Access Management needs. This makes work more fun than some jobs out there where you are knocking on doors all day and no one wants to join the conversation.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pay is good and happy I can invest in the company and get provided an investment package. But, I do think we could do a much better job with 401k match. This is a huge value/benefit for my wife's job and some other friends.
