Its been okay. I truly just want to be shown I am valued by paying me more. No amount of tshirts or company outings etc can replace the fact that I need money to survive and inflation has not been kind. I feel like I am drowning although I work fulltime

Its been okay. The acquisitions have been messy. The culture could be better. The Thinkpads are the worst. I've had numerous problems since switching. It makes my life difficult. The turnover is concerning

I like Fran. I think he actually cares

Being able to Work from home
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The CSMs are highly undervalued especially the PAS CSMs

Truly nothing other than I despise having to work to survive.

There are truly amazing people on the team who are underpaid and deserve more

My team is full of knowledgeable people who support each other and want us all to win

I like that I am not micromanaged and that my PTO always gets approved with no problem

I like my manager the most. I think there are also very kind people on the leadership team
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Nothing. I hate having to work for a living. A four day work week with no dock in pay would do wonders for my motivation
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Inflation is killing me. I would appreciate more compensation to offset inflation. Also, the Imprivata Benefits are not as good as SL. will be taking a paycut to pay for my benefits
