We're very collaborate and everyone is on top of things

I feel that the leadership on my team listens to us and values our opinions
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think everyone is pretty positive at the company and really values what they are doing.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The pay is good. The bonus structure is not the best. Also the insurance is a little pricey for the options available to us. The 401(k) program is great
