It's a steady growing company. We have positive work environment and culture as a tradition in the company. We have a shortage of engineers but may be over-growing in some other departments. Personally, I think the shortage of good engineers might hurt the long-term growth of the company.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
They communicated the company goal and progress constantly to us. They expressed tenderness towards employees. The leadership team is in a transition period for now. Hopefully they will keep that trend.
