I love working here. I have turned down other jobs for this company. My only complaint is that I dont feel Imprivata values me since I am still a contractor after 4 years.

When im busy and engaging with the customer on new solutions.

They make a working environment that makes you want to come to work.

I'm a contract worker so I don't get any benefits. Hoping to get hired full-time soon.

I get to travel and the company takes very good care of us when we do.

We work together like more than a team. We are a family. Even when we disagree we treat each other with respect and love.

I love what I do and those that I teach love it too. Its nice to work for a company where the clients are excited to see you.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
On my team we are a family that watches out for eachother. I love they way we are always finding new ways to customize plans for the customer. Its exciting.

I love our leadership team because they're always looking to improve processes or create new products. In provider works as a team and I think that's the best compliment for a company.

My team is constantly taking me under their wing to train me on new things. They're constantly helping me to better myself so that I might be able to be hired full-time.

The professional services team is the best in the company. We all get along and we all genuinely are happy to see each other when we travel together. And that makes it so much more fun when working on site.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love that our professional services team is always willing to help teach one another when we come up with issues or concerns. I never made to feel dumb by asking me questions. They are all genuinely happy to help.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel as a contract worker that I am undervalued. I feel that after several years of working for the company, they still aren't willing to put in the effort to hire me. I feel a little bit taken advantage of because I'm not used on a regular basis, but yet I'm expected to be available at any moment
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love that I can travel the world and experience so many different things at each hospital. I'm able to learn something new every time I fly to a new location. The IE's that I work with are so great about teaching me while still respecting what I know. Most of them treat me as if I am their equal.
