It's honestly been pretty bad. I don't feel like I've ever truly had a shot at succeeding, just keep getting moved to new roles that have no chance of hitting numbers. None of the previous roles have been back-filled, which tells me they weren't ever going to succeed.

Less shaming and passive aggressiveness from management.

Set realistic goals and less shaming.
