Even though there are a lot of products, people are in general very friendly and helpful and open to listen to ideas

Imprivata is a good company to work for, I think due to the size and the number of products, it does feel a bit segregated, but overall, a good experience and great benefits.

The fact that I can learn so many different things and that all individuals are always open to assist in my learning.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Promotions/seniority are linked to how long a person has worked for the company and not necessarily on performance and growth of the individual.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Not all members, but some members in our team are great team players and assist where they can to get the job done. Not worried about individual praise or in competition with other team members.
