The flexible vacations, the fact that I can take more vacation than I'm legally allowed if it was needed is awesome

The uncertainty, not knowing what kind of situations I will have the pleasure to deal with and resolve. I might even learn something new.

Lunch & Learn meetings, where I can learn about different things and what different positions do at this company, and I also get a company paid lunch
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The are really understanding and human people, they take the time to listen to my problems and react like human being not like a robot describing some company policy.
