There are some organizations that get priority and others that are overlooked. Support never gets anything fun, we don't even get a team building experience, or the same perks as say, sales. Lots of work and very little thanks. It's mostly a blame game and support gets thrown under the bus a lot.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is a huge advocate for career development. I appreciate that he wants to see my be promoted and reach my career goals. I do think that the executive team is hindering that growth by not making more jobs accessible to US based employees.
