It's great. I do think though pay is something to be more transparent about as well as what's going on in C-Suite more often.

I'm not sure. Being remote - it's hard to connect
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would love to be paid fairly. I think some teams are paid fairly but others are severely underpaid.
