At first, Imprivata was great. However, the benefits are not great, the management ignores the feedback of employees, and there are no career opportunities. Everything is stagnant. Pay is mediocre.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team collaborates with each other. We are always ready to help.

I would say that the reason why people leave their jobs are because of their managers. I would really look at the managers and reevaluate
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management. Career opportunities. Actually reward people for their work. For some reason, it's extremely hard to fire managers but extremely easy to fire regular employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been held back and demoted when my managers say that it's not a demotion and there is no improvements I can make and say it's because of the company's structure - there are no "team leads" in imprivata. I'm going backwards in my career.
