I think that when I was hired, I was super excited to work here. Then, over the years, I've been stamped down by bad processes and mean people, seen so many people get fired or leave for better companies, and at this point, I don't feel my work has the same value that it once did. What are some of the best things about your team?

My team is very collaborative, and I feel that we're cut from the same cloth.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Understanding what their employees actually do, and how their decisions impact the day-to-day life of their employees.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Being at least half as valued as Sales, even though my role does way more work than they do.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I think that the culture of the company emphasizes doing what we need to help customers, but we're very reactive, as opposed to proactive.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The constant rotating door of executives and VPs due to the focus on current-quarter profits is very bad for the company. Maybe think a little more long-term.
