The ability to earn more thru hard work and dedication. They may not give you a huge raise every year, but there are other things they can do to invest in you, ex: stock, recognition awards, etc.

Our team is like a family and we truly care about one another and it is not just work but real life too. We are all hard workers and are after the same goals. We support each other!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture at this company is the best I have ever seen in the 27+ years I have worked in my field. They do not just say they care they do things to show they care. Small business feel for a larger company is hard to come by. The things they do for the community and the employees is really nice.
