No matter how large we have gotten, there are still those dedicated to keeping the culture alive

We are close. Very close. I can count on them, including my director, including his boss, for anything, because they can count on me to ask when it matters and to handle things and do due diligence.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are people who are still trying to maintain a fun atmosphere and events, but the support for those is dwindling. I do hope some day we bring back the parties and the outings, they were such a golden opportunity to get to know those you don't get much of an opportunity to work closely with.
