It is a positive experience and probably one of the best places I have worked. The monthly all hands are excellent to assure good opportunity to know the state of the business as well as an open forum to ask questions and see where we are going.

They Communicate often and are approachable. I feel like there is transparency

WE all have each other's back and help support each other. We are all strong in different ways to complement each other
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It feels flexible and that we are treated as professionals - not micromanaged. Overall positive culture and Fran is present and approachable
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy the people as well as the day-to-day customer interaction. I like what we do as an organization - we solve problems and deliver excellent solutions and value.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The bonus program should be for all employees to reap the benefit when we are doing well as a company and not JUST quarterly Churn. I have worked at places with companywide bonus program where you feel like you have a piece when we do well as a whole organization. 10% or even 5-7% of base awarded
