Good company with fair pay. Lack of career growth and promotions though, because those are manager specific. If your manager is coasting along waiting for a 'liquidity event' then you are stuck going nowhere.

Lack of true innovation and risk taking. Only take sure bets. Leadership has short term focus on making us profitable for PE firm but sacrifices long term goals and innovation for it.
