What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The food! Unfortunately, in this remote world nowadays, the food has been certainly missed. :(
What makes you most happy at work?
The support I receive from colleagues and my manager. And the fact that my work is genuinely valuable for our customers. It's refreshing interacting with customers who LOVE our products and how we're helping them solve real problems.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have an amazing team that works together to achieve goals. During team meetings, folks are always willing to share feedback and highlight ways that they can help you achieve your own goals and projects. And people are genuinely nice to be around. Thrilled to be part of this team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are willing to get their hands dirty and work WITH the teams. That's huge. Sometimes executive teams have an aura of sitting on a pedestal above everybody else. But the exec team at Imprivata is involveed, engaged, and willing to put in the work needed to achieve company goals. Kudos to all!
