Imprivata fosters building work friendships. This is what makes it amazing. Enjoying your work -- and the people you do it with -- means you're going to do BETTER work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the way they share industry trends and how Imprivata fits in with those trends. It helps me do my job better because I can dovetail all activities toward helping Imprivata achieve that position.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I believe they are generally good humans and we are all marching in the same direction for Imprivata. I've worked at some places where the internal culture is dog-eat-dog and it's not focused on the customer -- that's not the way it is at Imprivata and it's refreshing. We solve challenges together.
