The company tries to create a good balance between work and fun. Although everyone tries to do great work, the environment is not super high pressure.

Reasonably priced health insurance. Everything else is secondary. I like how the team is constantly looking for ways to improve the benefits although I don't usually use the fringe benefits like child and pet insurance.

They are almost always kind and willing to help. Even though management is trying to address the issue, we still have a problem with silos - one team only focuses on their own issues and doesn't prioritize work from other teams.
