Bonus tied to financial performance. I'm paid a fair salary but have opportunity to do even better when the company does.

Collaborative, caring, I would and do call most of them my close friends regardless of age difference, title differences, reporting structure.

My team works very well together, we are very collaborative and supportive of each other. I could go to any team member for help, insight, advice without hesitation.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
You know those scenes in cheesy teen movies where at the end of the movie everyone is suddenly friends regardless of what they like, what they do, or what their goals are? Imprivata feels like that.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open door policy is truely open door. I feel empowered to walk into any of of their offices at any time with an idea, problem, or concern and am confident i will be listened to and supported.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are connected and approachable. I feel that I could reach out to any one of them at any time. We have a hierarchy that helps people grow, focus, and prioritize but it does not distance staff from leadership.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is welcoming, I feel like i could go to anyone at any time for anything work related. The different culture events and programs really help bring the employees together too. So many of them I consider close personal friends, and all of them i would be more than happy to share a meal with.
