What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone strives for the same goal, and the teamwork in this company is second to none.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have become much more open and transparent since I've started. Most of them are very approachable and open their doors.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The office environment is great. They do a lot in terms of parties, food, etc. A lot of interaction between departments.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the bonus plan that was enacted last year. It is that extra motivation that is needed to push myself even harder.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The camaraderie, and the comfort to express thoughts and ideas. No idea is a bad idea with this team. I also love the work hard, play hard mentality of the group. Everyone works extremely hard, but we have fun doing it!
