Increase 401K match, bonus, stock. Reduce health care cost to employees. Increase salary.

Get 401K match back. Up it to at least an industry average match. Reinstate raises. Add some sort of private stock option.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Priorities need to be more clear. We need more people or we need to deselect things to do. Listen to your people on the ground. You are very disconnected from us.
