It is fast paced but fun. There a many people willing to help. It can be frustrating to get good cross-departmental communication. What the priority is on the products are not always clear (features vs stability).

Salary and bonus. Shame the 401(k) match was removed (wonder if it will ever come back).
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Tough to answer with the office no longer open. Being at home has removed a lot of the culture though there have been various programs that have spun up since working from home.
