Overall, Imprivata is a great place to work. However, my great complaint is a resistance to new ideas. Maybe it's only in my area, but there is a belief that everything that is being done is great, and there is no reason to consider new ideas or different ways of doing things.

Overall Imprivata is good. Some things are frustrating, like senior management and executives don't trust people to do their jobs. They tend to get involved and make things much harder with a worse resulting product.

The level of communication is top notch! In 20+ years of working, I've never had a leadership team that provides this level of communication. Its reassuring helps keep my attention focused.
