Generally good. Wish flex time wasn't so flexible. Some people abuse it and we all end up paying the consequences.

teamwork, nothing uncomfortable with any one, everyone genuinely concern about customers
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Most everything EXCEPT unlimited vacation as touted as a great benefit - it is not unlimited.
What makes you most happy at work?
Free food, but that will probably not come back when we return to the office later this year or next
