I love the product and the space we are in. (Healthcare) I would say it is challenging, and rewarding at times. We do solve real world problems. The company did show empathy towards it employees and kindness which has gone a long way for me.

We all are different, but have a good energy.

They were internal employees prior. So they understand our role and assist us.

Hard to say. But I believe I am compensated fairly so no complaints.
What makes you most happy at work?
In my role its very hard, as we normally deal with the bad things. However, when able to get things resolved and moving it does feel good.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Recently, they have been able to understand the human element during these strange times. Prior, it was very mechanic, and money driven. This pandemic has shown that our company does care about its employees.
