Opportunity to adjust salaries more fairly when individuals move up the cohort levels, specifically when management finds themselves in the same salary range as their direct reports.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that my pay is not reflective of the role i am in as a manager, given i am in the same range as those that report to me. Including new hires with the same or less experience.
