I really enjoy the flexibility Imprivata's WFH policy provides. I get more work done from home (no 1.5-2 hour commute per day) and feel less stressed overall.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Good communication to employees on all kinds of topics such as priorities, how the company is doing financially, new hires & farewells (added a while back and very much appreciated!)
