It is a bit of a work hard, play hard environment. Many people work hard, have high standards, treat our customers and colleagues with respect. There is a level of accountability that I think is important.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
For the most part they are quite approachable and show themselves to be real people, not "above" the rest of us.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Bonus that is based on the company performance, not on the performance of the particular product / business line that I work on.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people I work with, seeing them and interacting with them, even on Zoom. They make me laugh, we appreciate what each other brings to the table and the overall inclination to see possibilities vs. problems.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Many people seem motivated by the idea that our work matters. Even though we ourselves are not healthcare professionals, we are enabling healthcare professionals to do their jobs and save lives and I think people feel good about being connected to that kind of mission.
What are some of the best things about your team?
People have different strengths and are willing to share their insights and expertise. Our team is truly collaborative and people really care about each other. For example, one team member was experiencing a challenging time, and we fairly spontaneously collected money for an UberEats gift card.
