All team members are very good people, there are issues I feel need to be addressed.
This is a large market, the work load is much more than the compensation given and experience doesn't seem to matter.
We should have more people per team, PM team has so much overload. Need a designated call center(more than 2 people) that can manage the call flow, and PM team should not spend everyday with maintenance calls and complaints that interfere with other duties all day.
