So far it has been great. My only struggle has been connecting with people... no surprise due to the remote work environment we are currently in. Have we ever considered assigning a mentor to new hires? This might help with any feelings of isolation when joining an organization with remote workers.

My initial experience was a bit different that normal because my manager had decided to move to another company. So, the first few months were tough with little to no direction given to me. When my manager was replaced, everything got a lot better!

I love the in-office work day for our department. I love it when the entire team is in the office working together.

This is tough because most (all but 1) of the team works from home so the office (and my area) is very quiet.
