At the end of the day I think of most of my coworkers more as friends, not just colleagues. They're always there when you need them, willing to help in any way they can.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
You'll never feel like you're alone on an island. There are always people ready and willing to help, even when they're on a different team. Because different teams here -- the only difference is their responsibility. In every other aspect we're really just one fantastically awesome team!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're all fantastic people. They take the time to listen and you can tell that they really consider the needs of the employees at the same level as the needs of the business when making decisions. 15 years in my career, and I've never worked with better people
