It isnt hostile at all. I feel welcome and appreciated for the work i do at Invitation Homes
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are always available to assist. The best thing about the leadership team is how you can tell how they care about each team members growth.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We used to be 1099 agents receiving commission. We were making a significantly higher amount than we are now. The one thing that makes me feel undervalued is how we are doing more work but making way less.
