I love the company overall. My only complaint is the PTO. Im in a position were if im stumped or need to step back for some inspiration and recharging and my current PTO doesnt really allow for it. Im using half of my yearly pto on moving...I still havent taken a day off because im so limited.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Being vested after 90 days. Most companies ive worked at require at least a year.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to build something from nothing and teaching others how it works. After its all said and done, stepping back and seeing everything working makes me feel great.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I work remote so my encounters have been limited but everyone I have met is really nice and everyone loves Invitation Homes. Its a culture of people that I can tell honestly care about this company. I think its because Invitation homes trust and believes in their employees. Most companies dont.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is highly skilled in our particular lanes and we are very self sufficient in our work. We have a game plan as a team and we are usually "heads down" busy all the time. Its a relaxed team with high productivity. Everyones great and the team bonds well together. Happy to be aboard.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They trust me to do whats right for the MDM process and have supported every big decison that had to be made along the way. This environment makes my work very efficient and encouraging. I am happy to be working here and I cant wait to show everyone what ive been working on the past three month.
