Overall it has been great. I hoping they figure out something on this new role. Either hire a couple more people or allow for more overtime.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been with the company 5 and 1/2 yrs but as a contractor. 6 months ago they made all the leasing agents. employees. Cut our money considerably and doubled the work load. We are now hourly and only have 42 hrs to complete everything wheras before we were commission only and worked 7 days a week
