My team is great. They are always there willing to answer any questions I may have.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They provide events for us to get together and get to know each other better. I really enjoy that aspect of the job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been told co workers have left this position for a similar position paying $30k more. We also are working well over 40 hours a week with no overtime due to salary. But, I do love the company and the opportunities it has given me.
