What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think they care about the business and the associates. They are always working to provide tools to make our jobs easier. They work hard to create a cool and unique culture and they believe in home/work balance.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
LTIP is a wonderful incentive. Recent retention bonus is smart. As a newer DO I started at the bottom of pay level but I know I'm worth more coming into the role as 8+ year PD in a large market. The retention bonus helps and I'm very grateful.
