Not the worst but not the best.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

To Improve - They could work. How could we work together better - They could work. (Again, I do not give permission for this to be publicly shown)

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

From my perspective, the company has system flaws that actually keep things from flowing in a way that actually works best for employees and customers. I would make major restructuring changes there. Recent automation features are actually counterproductive.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

This company and myself are not in alignment. Our values are completely different. I value people and service and showing genuine care. I value being able to focus on one person at a time. This company does not. In my opinion, this company only values money, reports, numbers, and visuals.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Why would my comment in an "anonymous" survey be shown publicly ever? That doesn't make sense. For the record, nothing that I type here should be shown publicly. I am not signing off on that. I do 10 jobs and don't get paid for 10 jobs. And I'm made to feel incompetent by Superiors.
