Watching them grow, adapt and learn new role. Supporting each other and enouging one another to get through the diffcult times and celbrating the wins together as a team
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
While I understand the position is new, we are now a year into it and I beilive the responsibilties and work load are not balanced with my specific pay. I took a signifcant decrease and I am still working the same amount of time as I was before and feeling the finacial loss.
