Its just like any other job. Work get paid. Not much room for advancement, no ways to get more money. Its okay for the time being. But there arent any lead roles. Just service techs and managers. No in between. Kinda kills your motivation to stay with the company in a way.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Some of the friends ive made at work are positive and good people. Mostly my coworkers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I dont feel undervalued, i just feel i dont make enough money, im bilingual and most of the other techs arent and i make the same as them. Its a perk that i feel i should be compensated for.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My field supervisor Ricardo Aguilar is really helpful, although hes new to the company in his short time hes made me feel better about working everyday. I felt uncared for in this company and was thinking of leaving but he made a difference for me. Hes a great leader and really cares about his techs
