Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I thought the opportunity for bonuses more often. not one time a year. The salary is decent but the overtime is frowned upon. I try to get all the very time sensitive work done in a timely fashion. to take care of the resident. Over all I still love my job. And the pay, pays all my bills!
