Flexibility on WFH schedules for those who prefer it

What makes you most happy at work?

Being provided the opportunity to utilize my background and interests at work.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Very talented and knowledgeable. Quality of work delivered is high and plenty of constructive feedback received along the way.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I believe they are invested in growing me as an employee to reach full potential. Constant communication about what work I would like to do.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Market conditions have created a shift in supply of labor and caused the market rate for employees with similar skills to increase. Current salaries are not in line with the market shift. H&W benefits, tuition reimburse, maintaining flexible work schedule, salary adjustment would help bridge the gap
