What makes you most happy at work?

The flexability to expand my skills and work with other teams.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They listen and take into consideration what the employees have to say.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Everyone is here to build others up and to expand the cababilities of what we are capable of doing.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

They always seem to be workign to expand the offerings to both employees and clients they never just stop and say what we have is enough lets just stick with that.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The pay is a bit under what I would consider to to market rates. The benefits are expensive compared to the last few companies I was at. The PTO schedule is lacking and they split out sick leave to a different bank.
