Developing my own skills within my role, interacting and working with multiple teams to complete an objective.

Their willingness to help even outside of their scope of work. Their responsibility they show for their role.

Very friendly, funny, and encouraging! Even though my role is pretty isolated in the office, I'm able to interact with anyone on any team.
What makes you most happy at work?
Just knowing I'm contributing and helping any way I can. I love the feeling of progressing and learning new skillsets. Things that are challenging initially but become second nature with time are very rewarding to me.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how supportive and openminded people in leadership positions are. It encourages an environment that is open to change. This is great because there will always be times when things don't go as planned. It's important to have a team that is willing to work through those times.
