They are sharp people. I wish they were at the office more so I could learn more.

I haven't been here very long but I would like to know what our objectives are and how my goals cascade from them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like the volunteer time. I have had this benefit at other companies but it was not supported and you were too busy to use it.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I hope the bonus is but that's a long way off. I wish we had better health insurance, like BCBS. United is not very good and not accepted by many doctors so I end up paying cash.
