What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have numerous Employee Resource Groups, representing different populations, that host events that are fun and informative opportunities to meet new people and better understand other points of view. In addition, volunteering 20 hours per year gives us a chance to support our communities.
What makes you most happy at work?
We work hard and play hard and having a leadership team that recognizes and appreciates our hard work is very rewarding. Personally, I strive to improve processes and make our tasks as efficient and accurate as possible. That's where I experience my greatest joy!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part is knowing that the bonus that was discussed during the recruiting process is going to be a reality. In my past experiences, it seemed that bonuses were a tool that was promised, but never materialized or not what was promised. That definitely isn't the case at Invitation Homes
